The company has already set up six laboratories in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu as part of collaborations to better prepare young engineers for technological challenges, RBEI Vice President (HR) T K Sathyanarayana told reporters here today.
The company is entering into a memorandum of understanding with institutes for jointly working on topics that included research projects, developing of prototypes and setting up laboratories, as it has already done in Amritha University and PSG Institutions here.

The collaboration seeks to stimulate research and development activities in engineering institutions and nurturing of engineering talents, particular automotive sector, he said.
Earlier, 2,500 persons, including staff of Bosch and their family members besides general public participated in the 3rd edition of Marathon for a cleaner and greener Coimbatore.
The proceeds from this run was contributed to environment projects, like building parks and planting saplings in selected wards, Centre Head of Coimbatore Bosch, T V Sriram, said.
