The new website will provide more interactive opportunity to the lovers of literature with opportunity for expressing their views through social media, Sonowal said.
Assam government is holding the festival for the first time in the state from January 28 to 30 at Sankardev Kalakshetra here to give Assamese literature greater exposure in the world arena.
More than 150 litterateurs across 15 nations are expected to participate in the festival, said its organisers.
