Brick Eagle forays into real estate, launches township project

Private equity firm Brick Eagle has forayed into the real estate sector by launching a township project in Maharashtra.
Firm's co-founder Prabhat Ranjan has incorporated a new entity 'Olympeo Infrastructure' for this foray, which will develop an integrated township project - Olympeo Riverside - spread across 25 acre in the Neral-Karjat belt in Raigad district, a release issued here said.
"With this township, we intend to provide an active lifestyle that suits everyone's pocket at an upcoming location of Neral-Karjat, accessible to every income bracket," Brick Eagle co-founder and Chairman and MD Olympeo Infrastructure, Ranjan said.
The township project, spread across 25 acre, will have residential apartments, a sports arena for multiple activities spread across five acres, primary school, shopping plaza, a club house and green spaces.
"This project is expected to generate revenue of over Rs 300 crore," he said.
The township will house over 1,500 apartments ranging between 1 and 2 BHK and prices starting from Rs 13 lakh onwards.
"We are happy to foray into the real estate sector, and promise to provide premium housing with the best and state of-the-art amenities," Brick Eagle Capital Advisory Managing Director and CEO Rajesh Krishnan said.
Brick Eagle currently has over 12 million sqft of affordable housing projects under management.
