The dress stretches out 1,123 metres longer than the current gown holding the Guinness World Record.
Workers at Xiangxunshangu stretched the extra material, which was worn by a model, out for miles over a flower field in Chengdu, South West China.
The creators spent a month developing the wedding masterpiece in a bid to enter the record books, 'mirror.Co.Uk' reported.
The wedding tail is made up by a single-layer gauze and the dress is 1.5 metres in width.
