Bride among two killed in road mishap

A bride was among two persons who were killed and six others injured when a car in which the marriage party was travelling collided with a bus on Dhampur-Nagina road, police said here today.
The driver and bride Farzana (22) were killed on the spot and six others, including the bridegroom Shamshad, his sister Rizwana, were seriously injured when the car in which they were travelling collided with the bus last evening, they said.
The marriage party of Shamshad, a resident of Pallawala village near Dhampur, had gone to Nagina and was returning with the bride in the evening when the accident took place, police said.
