Brigade Enterprises Q4 net profit up 20% at Rs 41 cr

Realty firm Brigade Enterprises today reported a 20 per cent increase in its consolidated net profit at Rs 41 crore for the quarter ended March.
Net profit stood at Rs 34 crore in the year-ago period, the Bengaluru-based developer said in a regulatory filing.
Total revenue rose by 23 per cent to Rs 485 crore during the fourth quarter of the 2015-16 fiscal from Rs 394 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year.
During the 2015-16 fiscal, Brigade posted a 28 per cent increase in its net profit at Rs 147 crore from Rs 115 crore in the previous financial year.

Total revenue increased by 28 per cent to Rs 1,700 crore in the last fiscal from Rs 1,331 crore in the 2014-15 fiscal.
