Condemning the grisly act against a six-year-old girl in a school in Bangalore, CPI(M) leader Brinda Karat today said concern for female safety continued in the country.
"It's a horrendous and condemnable act," Karat said here, reacting to the alleged rape of the little girl at a Bangalore school.
"These things have become worrisome and concern for female safety continues," she said.
Karat claimed that these horrible acts are growing as criminals get political protection and 'inflammatory' speeches should be stopped to prevent wrong messages going to the society.
