BRO officer meets Vora, appraises him about road projects in

A senior officer of the Border Roads Organisation (BRO) today met Jammu and Kashmir Governor N N Vohra here and briefed him about the status of different road projects in the state.
During the meeting with officiating Chief Engineer, Project Beacon, Col H S Maan at Raj Bhawan, the Governor stressed on timely completion of maintenance work of the Sonamarg-Neelgrath-Zojila axis in view of increasing tourist arrivals and the upcoming Amarnath Yatra, an official spokesperson said.
Col Maan briefed Vohra about the status of different road projects being executed in the state, the spokesperson said.
Lauding the work being done by the BRO in developing and maintaining the road network in the difficult and hilly terrain of the state, the Governor emphasised on the importance of completing construction works on time and proper maintenance of those structures.
