Initial speculations suggested that the 63-year-old had plastic surgery done on his nose, but it is now revealed that the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" had cancerous tissue removed from his nose that left him with 30 stitches, reported TMZ Online.
Jenner, who is an avid golfer, may have developed the skin cancer from frequent sun damage, according to his doctors. The procedure was apparently a minor operation that did not require him to be confined to a hospital bed, as he was spotted the following day getting his morning coffee in Calabasas, complete with bandages on his nose.
This was not the first time that Jenner had to undergo surgery for skin cancer. Just last year, he had similar cancerous tissue removed from the side of his face and had been warned by his doctors to use better sun protection and exercise more caution.
