BSE Institute signs MoU with Simon Fraser University

BSE Institute Ltd (BIL), a wholly- owned subsidiary of BSE, today said it has signed an MoU with Simon Fraser University, a public research university in British Columbia, Canada, to participate in the BSEI-Ryerson Incubation Centre of Excellence.
BRIC was set up some time ago to provide budding Indian entrepreneur's with global aspirations a startup environment. BRIC has been designed on the lines of the digital media zone and is housed in the BSE Institute premises in Mumbai.
"We are very pleased to have Simon Fraser University participate in BRIC and contributing to economic growth and diversification in India and Canada through the creation of new businesses and new jobs," BIL Managing Director and CEO Ambarish Datta said in a statement here.

The Simon Fraser University has considerable experience in managing incubators and mentoring startups in various stages.
