In the same month, the stock exchange resolved 81 grievances which were registered against active companies.
"These resolved complaints include complaints brought forward from the previous periods," BSE said in a statement.
The complaints registered with BSE are in the nature of non-receipt of money, non-receipt of equity shares in demat & physical form, non-receipt of debt, among others, BSE said in a statement.
Most complaints received as well as resolved during July pertained to non-receipt of corporate benefits/entitlements.
Of the total 142 complaints received, 132 were against active companies, while 10 were against suspended firms in November 2014.
Other companies with pending investor complaints are -- Montari Industries (60), Arihant Industries (54), Enkay Texfoods Industries (52), Montari Leather (49), Eastern Mining & Allied Ltd (49), Mukerian Papers (44), Pentafour Products (39), Usha India (34) and Padmini Technologies (34).
Trading in the securities of all these companies have been suspended, the statement said.
