In a letter to Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd, BRPL wondered why the the transmission company has not lifted the "regulation of power supply" though it had agreed to do so.
The BRPL said PGCIL had cut supply of power to it due to non-payment but similar action has not been taken against a number of states which also has not paid their dues.
"In spite of acting in good faith, BRPL is being deprived of supply which affects the services to our consumers of South and West Delhi," the letter said.
The PGCIL had curtailed supply of power to the tune of 470 MW to two BSES discoms - BYPL and BRPL - on February 25 due to non-payment of dues.
The supply was cut by 260 MW for BRPL and 160 MW for BYPL.
