The trio were travelling on a motor bike from Purakhasia area when they were apprehended by the BSF three days ago, a BSF spokesperson said today.
Suspecting that they were militants, the three were put on sustained questioning during which two of them -- Roneth Ch Marak and Ringaing Ch Marak -- admitted to have undergone militant training two years ago and were currently working under 'Area commander' Simbat, the spokesperson said.
The third cadre has been identified as Modil R Marak.
A memory card recovered from Ringaing contained a video of GNLA training and his photo posing with the AK-47, the spokesperson said.
