DG BSF, Bansal will arrive here tomorrow morning from New Delhi and visit Chachwal border belt on Indo-Pak border in Samba sector in the afternoon, BSF official said.
He will review the situation arising after the detection of tunnel on Indian side from Pakistan, the official said.
Failing to make headway in uncovering the tunnel, BSF had yesterday sought help of Army, Geological Survey of India , Geo-physics and Seismology to uncover the tunnel.
BSF had also lodged a protest with Pakistan Rangers at the forward post along Indo-Pak border in R S Pura belt over the issue yesterday.
Authorities had on July 28 detected a 400-mt-long tunnel into India from Pakistan along Indo-Pak Border in Samba district of Jammu and Kashmir.
The tunnel was detected after an area caved-in in a straight line at some places due to rains near fencing close to Chillayari BoP of BSF along the IB. The tunnel had been dug between two sides along IB on India's Chillayari BoP and Pakistan's Lumberiyal BoP.

Incidentally, it was a Class XII student, identified as Sukhdev, who first noticed that his farm land had caved in some places and subsequently informed BSF.
The tunnel had been dug at a depth of 25 ft below the ground level and it was of 3x3 ft dimension with a 2-inch pipe for air supply.
