BSF seizes heroin worth Rs 5 cr, one held

BSF today seized one kg heroin worth Rs 5 crore in the international black market and arrested one person at Border Out Post Rajatal village on the Indo-Pak border, officials said.
The consignment was being smuggled to India from Pakistan, they said here.
The arrested Indian national was accompanied by another person who managed to escape, they said, adding that during search, a packet of heroin was recovered close to the international boundary.
The search party found foot marks of smugglers coming from Pakistan side, they added.
