The company had made a profit of Rs 286 crore in 2012-13, circle Chief General Manager M S S Rao told reporters here today.
The circle recorded a total revenue of Rs 2,820 crore in 2013-14, he added.
BSNL Kerala Circle got the highest positive growth of mobile number portability comparing all service providers in any circle in the country, he said.
Another 142 new Customer Service Centres (CSCs) have been identified as part of Mission 500 to increase the CSCs to 500, he said. There are 268 such centres in the circle.

In addition to the present payment through BSNL Customer Centres, Post Offices, Akshya Centre, subscribers can pay bill through online means, he added.
In Kochi, BSNL Ernakulam Principal General Manager G Muraleedharan said the company planned to provide 3.6 lakh new mobile connections this year.
"We intend to provide 32,000 landlines, 53,000 broadband connections, 3.6 lakh mobile connections and 7500 Wi-Max connections during 2014-15 in Ernakulam region," he told reporters.
To increase the coverage of mobile services, a total of 79 2G towers and 372 3G towers would be commissioned this fiscal, he added.
