Recalling the contribution of social reformists like Jyotiba Phule, Shahuji Mahraj and Ambedkar in Maharashtra, Mayawati stressed that the best tribute to these leaders will be to make the party stronger in that state.
The party leaders from Maharashtra apprised her of organisational matters as well as the functioning of the BJP government which they alleged has a narrow, anti-people and autocratic outlook.
