Bus owner killed in attack

: A local bus owner was murdered by a four member gang near Kadri Park here today, police said.
The deceased, identified as Aneesh Shetty (35), owner of Sridevi Travels, died of serious injuries at a hospital here, they said.
Police said the miscreants came in two cars and attacked him with lethal weapons when he was standing at the entrance of the park with a friend and fled the spot. Though he was rushed to the hospital nearby he succumbed to the injuries.
Aneesh is said to be an accused in several criminal cases. It is suspected that internal rivalry among the gangs led to the attack.
