The 'She's The man' star came close to disaster Thursday night when she was driving her black BMW 5-series out of a parking lot on Sunset Boulevard when she tapped the bumper of a white car in front of her, leaving little or no damage.
Bynes was attempting to cover her face when she tapped the other vehicle and both drivers left without exchanging information on the scene.

Bynes, who lost her driving privileges while facing a DUI charge and two counts of hit-and-run, has been ordered by LA Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel not to drive without a valid driver's license.
At a hearing Wednesday before Revel, who had presided over some of Lindsay Lohan's legal problems, the District Attorney's Office asked the judge to address the issue of Bynes's driver's license.

Her attorney Bob Wilson initially said, "We haven't completed her DMV hearing so she couldn't have lost her license."
But later Wilson said the DA informed him that the actress' license does in fact come up as suspended in the official records.
