The meeting of the CCPA, chaired by Defence Minister A K Antony this evening, decided to recommend to the President to prorogue the Winter session which was adjourned sine die on February 21.
The Winter session was the last session of the 15th Lok Sabha as the country goes to Lok Sabha elections shortly.
The 15th Lok Sabha will go down in the history as the most disrupted in Independent India with the pepper spray incident marking a new low in parliamentary conduct.
