Delhi Home Secretary Manoj Kumar Parida has written to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, protesting the alleged videography of today's Cabinet meeting and sought confidentiality of such meetings, a source said.
A government spokesperson, however, said no videography took place during the Cabinet meeting at the Delhi Secretariat.
"The Home secretary pointed that the deliberations in the Cabinet meeting are confidential and the tape of videography of the cabinet meeting should be handed over to the Home department for a record so that confidentially could be ensured," said the source.
Sources said that in the letter, the home secretary has also cited Official Secrets Act provisions.
The Cabinet meeting chaired by Kejriwal was attended by Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash.
This was the first meeting attended by the chief secretary after he was allegedly assaulted by AAP MLAs in presence of Kejriwal at his residence on the intervening night of February 19 and February 20.
Delhi government's Finance Secretary SN Sahay also attended the meeting.
