The 22-year-old former porn star was driving a USD 100,000 BMW when he crashed to two other cars, reported New York Post.
"Gruber, who was travelling with a female companion, suffered a broken nose and multiple bruises, and was taken to Sherman Oaks Hospital for treatment," a source said.
Gruber and the woman were returning after enjoying the day at a theme park. The female date however was not hurt.
Gruber sounded shaken but later said that he was "alright."
