It also said that the company is hiring in a big way in India, but refused to share the details.
Asked when the company would complete the integration of iGate with itself, Capgemini India Corporate Vice President and Head Human Resources B L Narayan said: "We have just started the process. There is a statement by Group CEO that entire thing will be addressed in one year. By middle of next year, we would expect a truly integrated company."
Narayan said that a new organisation structure is also being worked out.
The company will strengthen its presence in North America and India, he added.

Asked about hiring plans for India, he said. "We are hiring continuously. We are growing handsomely at double-digits in India."
He, however, did not disclose the number of people the company plans to hire this year.
Capgemini, which is present in nine cities in India, employs about 85,000 people.
Last month, the Competition Commission of India (CCI) had approved Capgemini's USD 4 billion deal to acquire iGate.
The merged group would have around 1,90,000 employees and an operating margin of 10 per cent, Capgemini said.
