The car met with the accident when it hit the road divider on the Roorkee-Delhi national highway, police said.
Sanjay, aged 35, and 25-year-old Vikas were killed and the car driver was seriously injured in the accident, they said adding the vicims were on their way to Delhi from Roorkee.
The highway was blocked for sometime after the accident.
