At the Multi Commodity Exchange, cardamom for delivery in January 2017 eased by Rs 9.20, or 0.67 per cent, to Rs 1,345 per kg, in a business turnover of 33 lots.
The spice for delivery in February was trading down by Rs 1.60, or 0.11 per cent, to Rs 1,383 per kg, with a trading volume of six lots.
Analysts said offloading of positions by participants owing to a weak trend at spot market on subdued demand mainly put pressure on cardamom prices at futures trade.
