At the Multi Commodity Exchange, cardamom for delivery this month declined by Rs 9.70, or 0.70 per cent, to Rs 1,374 per kg in a business turnover of just five lots.
The spice for April was trading down by Rs 5.30, or 0.38 per cent, to Rs 1,397.20 per kg with a trading volume of 25 lots.
Analysts said, offloading of positions by participants owing to a weak trend at spot market on subdued demand mainly put pressure on cardamom prices at futures trade.
