At the Multi Commodity Exchange, cardamom for delivery in April declined by Rs 13.80, or 0.93 per cent, to Rs 1,470 per kg in a business turnover of 29 lots.
The spice for delivery in March was down by Rs 3.90, or 0.26 per cent, to Rs 1,471 per kg with a trading volume of 57 lots.
Analysts said offloading of positions by participants owing to a weak trend at spot market on subdued demand mainly put pressure on cardamom prices at futures trade.
