The 37-year-old film admitted his stomach still flutters with excitement when he's around the "Sin City: A Dame To Kill For" star.
"I still get butterflies in my stomach around you. I still wake up in the middle of the night and smile because you're next to me. I still laugh at your jokes," Warren wrote on Instagram.
He also shares a sweet picture of the couple - who wed in 2008 and have daughters, Honor, seven, and Haven, four, together - he revealed he is still very much "inspired" and in "awe" of Jessica.
The actress-turned-entrepreneur reposted the picture and wrote: "Feeling so loved today.
