The CBI has arrested a Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax department in Mumbai in an alleged bribery case of Rs 3 crore.
Two other persons have also been arrested in the case by the CBI, an agency spokesperson said here today.
He said searches were going on.
Sources in the agency identified the arrested officer as Jaipal Swamy.
