CBI officials said the agency has registered an FIR in this regard against the suspect, Saket Kumar.
The agency got the whiff of the scam during probe in a similar case related to fake recruitment notices for the Rural Development Organisation, they said.
During searches, the agency found documents pertaining to the National Health Mission under the Union Health Ministry.
"The seizure included application forms sent by candidate, letter heads, rubber stamps in the name of National Health Mission, offer for membership forms in the name of National Health Mission," the CBI FIR alleged.

The CBI said Kumar was charging Rs 280 from women and SC and ST candidates, and Rs 380 from general category candidates.
"The suspect had also got advertisement published for the said recruitment in Dainik Bhaskar Madhya Pradesh in 2017. The suspect Pintu Kumar, alias Saket Kumar, had also created a website wwww.nhmind.org for the said recruitment," the agency alleged.
The CBI said he had also opened a bank account in Kolkata in the name of the National Health Mission.
