A CBI team today visited the house of Geetanjali, whose bullet-riddled body was found in Gurgaon last month, and spoke to her husband and Chief Judicial Magistrate Ravneet Garg.
A team of CBI officials had already visited police lines park in Gurgaon to inspect the crime scene where her body was found besides making attempts to collect more evidence from there.
The CBI team inspected the house, belongings and bedroom of Geetanjali, who was found murdered on July 17, in the presence of her husband who was later examined by the officers, the sources said.
They declined to comment on whether the statement of her husband had been recorded.
Garg, along with his parents, was named by the local police as an accused in the case. After the case was handed over to CBI, the same case was re-reigstered under the normal procedure followed by the agency.
The case was filed under section 302 (murder) and section 34 (common intention) of IPC among other provisions naming Garg and his parents as accused.

The CBI team's visit comes after the agency received report from forensic experts.
30-year-old Geetanjali was found dead on July 17. Her family had accused her in-laws of harassing her for dowry.
Geetanjali's family alleged the harassment started from the birth of the couple's first daughter and things worsened after their second girl child was born.
Geetanjali got married to Ravneet in 2007 and they have two daughters.
Her brother alleged it is a case of murder since as per the postmortem report, there are three gun-shot injuries and one head injury on her body.
