A source said that entry into any of these places will be strictly through invitation card.

The wedding ceremonies began today with the custom of mehendi at the Lake Bal Samand Palace. Cultural programs were also lined up for the guests at this marvellous and historic garden retreat.

Friday will also have a cultural program at the magnificent Mehrangarh Fort, whose director Karni Singh Jasol said that the courtyard near the 'zenana dyodhi' will come alive in the evening of Friday with star performances.

The continuous influx of the chartered flights has also become an issue of extra concern for the civil airport authorities.

"Everyday we have 3 to 4 chartered flights coming in for the past two days and the number will increase on Friday and Saturday, with the wedding function coming closer," said airport director S N Borkar.
