Kher, a former Censor board chairman, was here along with Akshay Kumar, Manoj Vajpayee and Kajal Agarwal to promote the upcoming film `Special 26' due for release on February 8.
He was replying to a question about the controversy surrounding Kamal Hasan-starrer `Vishwaroopam'.
Kher noted that barring a few places, the film has been released and the issue is nearly over.
Akshay Kumar said `Special 26' was based on a real incident which took place in 1986-87.
