Addressing the Global Investors Summit here in a session focused on Micro, Small and Medium Industries, Mishra said, "Indo-German Tool Room is already functioning in Indore and we want to establish one more such tool room in the state."
He asked the state government to identify land for setting up the tool room and inform his ministry about it so that it can go ahead with its plan.
He urged the state government to co-operate with youths, who wish to join Credit Guarantee Fund Trust scheme for getting loans from banks for setting up small scale industries.

Addressing the function, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said his government has launched the "Make in Madhya Pradesh" campaign after getting inspired with Modi's ambitious "Make in India" pitch.
He said his government has rationalised labour laws and gave freedom to small scale industries from nine Acts including Trade Union Act, Contract Labour Act, Factory Act and Standing Order Act.
Chouhan said his government has decided to create Rs 100 crore venture fund to help innovative persons set up their own industries.
He also informed that now the small-scale industries will not require to maintain 61 different kinds of registers for inspection from various level officers and instead they just have to keep one. Also, instead of 13 annual returns, they are now required to file just two.
