Singh gave the assurance to Arunachal Horticulture and Home Minister Tanga Byaling and PWD Minister Gojen Gadi when they called on him in New Delhi, an official release said today.
The Union minister urged the Arunachal ministerial team to spend the funds sanctioned under centrally-sponsored schemes and submit utilisation certificates at the earliest for him to take steps to mobilise additional resources, the release said.
Singh also assured that steps would be taken for marketing of the state's agri-horticulture products to enable the farmers get remunerative prices.
Facilitated by National Youth Project (NYP), NABARD has uploaded the farmers' success story on its website as a national model and launched a community horticultural farming project to benefit 1,016 families along the China border.
