"We are ready to work for development of Bihar," Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises Minister Praful Patel said during Question Hour.
Patel said that after deliberations in the ministry, a group was constituted to suggest ways for industrialisation of Bihar.
He pointed that the ministry does not allocate funds to states.
"Consequently, no funds have been given and spent in Bihar by the Ministry...And its various organisations during the last three years and the current year," he said.
Replying to a query if around 134 million Indians suffer from chronic sinusitis, Health and Family Welfare Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad said there is no authentic data on the illness in India.
He said there are no comprehensive studies on reasons for high prevalence of sinusitis in India.
Azad said pollution and diesel exhaust from factories, coal and petroleum were among common factors associated with high incidence of sinusitis in people working in factories.
