Senior Congress leader Sachin Pilot today slammed the BJP-led NDA government at the Centre for allegedly using central agencies to harass the non-BJP state governments but not taking any action against the Chief Ministers of their party involved in corruption cases.
"The BJP government at the Centre is using all central agencies to harass the non-BJP state governments. It used CBI to raid Arvind Kejriwal's office in Delhi, but no action has been taken against corruption charges on BJP CMs," Pilot told a press conference here.
He slammed the Centre and the CBI for not questioning Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on the Vyapam scam and the scores of deaths related to it.
"They (the Centre) are not taking any action on the corruption charges against Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje...They used their muscle to topple the Arunachal Pradesh and the Uttarakhand governments and now trying the same in Manipur," Pilot said.
The senior Congress leader also attacked the BJP for its "double standards" in their actions.
"You talked about bringing back blackmoney. Where is it? Where are the Rs 15 lakh in accounts? On the other hand, they are trying to divide people with statements of (leaders like) Sakshi Maharaj, Yogi Adityanath, and others... It is BJP's double speak," he added.

Pilot said the youths want development and jobs, not communally divisive politics. "Assam has always been communally peaceful and the credit goes only to Congress governments. People should keep this in mind while voting," he added.
Pilot also alleged Badruddin Ajmal-led AIUDF has an understanding with the BJP to defeat Congress.
"BJP is not sure of getting votes on its own. So they are trying to divide Congress votes with the help of AIUDF. But people are smart and they know voting for AIUDF is equivalent to voting for BJP," he added.
