On the eve of his final-phase inspection of the Vivekananda Yuva Bharati Krirangan, Ceppi paid a visit to the Eden on the sidelines of the Kolkata Knight Riders vs Mumbai Indians last round match to assess the security arrangement in the city.
"The city will host the FIFA U-17 World Cup final and I wanted to take stock of the security arrangement," he said, during a recce of the Eden press box as the match witnessed a packed 68,000 in attendance.
"It's a big game between Kolkata and Mumbai and IPL always sets high standards. We also want to see some special arrangement for the World Cup final here," Ceppi, who watched an IPL cricket game for the first time, added.
