Cera Sanitaryware net profit up 11.47 pc in Q3 FY17

Cera Sanitaryware Ltd today announced a 11.47 per cent increase in its net profit at Rs 22.47 crore in the third quarter ended December 2016 as against Rs 20.11 crore in the corresponding period last year.
The company recorded a net sales of Rs 246.18 crore in October-December this year compared to Rs 240.21 crore in Q3 during 2015-16, a company statement said here.
Cera recorded EBIDTA of Rs 40.52 crore during the quarter this year as against Rs 37.38 crore in Q3 2015-16.
The earnings per share (basic and diluted) during October-December, 2016-17 are worked out at Rs 17.28 compared to Rs 15.46 for the same period last year.

The company's board of directors has re-appointed Atul Sanghvi as an executive director for a period of three years effective from April 1, 2017.
