Chandigarh, Kanpur freight rates up on tight trucks position

Freight rates for nine-tonne pay load section for Kanpur and chandigarh rose by Rs 500 in the local truck transport market today following tight availability
of trucks.
Transporters said tight availability of trucks select destinations, mainly pushed up freight rates.
Delhi to Kanpur and Chandigarh freight rates moved up by Rs 500 each to Rs 17,000 each.
