"The mood of the nation has become clear, be it in urban or rural India. People are fed up with corruption and misrule and the Congress has completely lost people's confidence," Chandrababu said at a press conference here this evening.
"The Congress is on a ventilator. Once the ventilator is taken off, it's gone," he remarked.
Hailing Kejriwal and his AAP's spectacular victory in the Delhi Assembly elections, the TDP chief observed it was a great achievement that a common man like Kejriwal, with his fight against corruption, trounced a strong Chief Minister like Sheila Dixit.
Corruption could be rooted out only if the Congress party was decimated, Chandrababu asserted and asked the MPs to vote the party out if a no-confidence motion came up in Lok Sabha.
Incidentally, four TDP MPs issued notice to Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar today for a no-confidence motion against the UPA government.
Six Congress MPs from Seemandhra region also issued a similar notice separately.
