Chautala hits out at BJP over farmers' compensation

Accusing BJP of being "anti-farmer", MP Dushyant Singh Chautala said the Centre and the state have given very less compensation to farmers hit by rain and hailstorm.
In a visit to his adopted village -- Makhand-- here today, Chautala said the Centre and the state government have given very less compensation to the rain and hailstorm hit farmers which has revealed the "anti-farmer" face of BJP.
On the bouncing of compensation cheques given to farmers, he said that instead of providing relief to farmers, BJP government is mocking them.
The Indian National Lok Dal leader said that his party is fighting for the welfare of the people as an opposition party.

He alleged that differences are present among Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar and his cabinet ministers.
The spying incident with Health Minister Anil Vij is a clear indication of difference among the chief minister and his party colleagues, Chautala alleged.
Attacking the state government over recent expansion of cabinet, he said BJP have shown double standard.
BJP had condemned the appointment of chief parliamentary secretaries (CPSs) by the Congress government in Haryana but now they are misusing public money by appointing four CPSs, Chautala said.
