34-year-old Succi joins Chennaiyin after the expiry of his contract at Italian Serie B outfit Cesena while 31-year-old Peluso has signed after leaving Italian Serie D club Altovicentino.
Succi started his career at Chievo but he was mainly sent on loan at clubs in the lower tiers of Italy during his time at Chievo. In 2005, he made the permanent switch to Serie B outfit Ravenna and scored plenty of goals there.
His fine form at Ravenna earned him a move to Palermo in 2008 and he scored six goals in the Serie A that season.
Peluso has spent his entire career in the lower divisions of Italy with his most recent spell coming at Altovicentino in the Serie D. He scored 31 goals in 59 appearances for Altovicentino in the last two campaigns and is also capable of playing on the wings or as a second striker.

"We are very happy to have signed Succi and Peluso. Succi's class and experience and Peluso's quality and versatility will be very important for our title defence," said Chennaiyin manager Marco Materazzi.
"Playing under the legendary Materazzi will be a dream come true for me. I am determined to repay the faith that he and the club Chennaiyin FC have shown in me. I have heard a lot about the passionate fans of Chennaiyin from Marco and so I can't wait to play in front of them and make Chennaiyin champions again," Peluso said.
