Cole, 28, who was fired from 'X Factor' US last year by Simon Cowell, was approached by Cowell's arch-rival Simon Fuller.
Fuller, who launched the show around the world 10 years ago, even sued Cowell when he launched 'X Factor' claiming it was "a rip-off" of his show.
