The former couple, who announced their split in January after 18 months of marriage, will have their decree nisi read at the High Court in London on Thursday, reported Daily Mirror.
"This has been the result of months of negotiations. After months of debate Cheryl is really relieved the terms have been finally agreed by both sides," a source said.
However, no financial settlement has been reached between Cheryl - who is now dating One Direction star Liam Payne - and Jean-Bernard.
