Chilly morning in city

Delhiites today woke up to a slightly chilly morning with the weatherman predicting partly cloudy sky from the afternoon onwards.
According to the MeT department, the minimum temperature was 11.7 degrees Celsius, which was two notches below normal.
An official of the department said that humidity level was recorded at 64 per cent till 8.30 AM this morning.
"There will be mainly clear sky, which may become partly cloudy sky from afternoon onwards. Maximum temperature is expected to settle around 28 degrees Celsius," he said.
Yesterday, the maximum temperature in the national capital had settled at 28.5 degrees Celsius while minimum was recorded at 10.9 degrees Celsius.
