Chilly morning in Delhi

The national capital woke up to a chilly morning today amidst a shallow fog as the minimum temperature settled a little over 8 degrees Celsius.
The mercury dropped to 8.6 degrees Celsius which was four notches below normal while the humidity level was at 65 per cent at 8:30 A.M.
The weatherman has predicted mainly clear skies during the day with the maximum expected to settle around 28 degrees.
The minimum yesterday was recorded at 9.1 degrees, three notches below normal, while the maximum was at 27.6 degrees.
