A Chinese man has undergone a series of life-changing operations to remove the world's largest facial tumour that weighed 25 kg and hung down to his waist.
Huang Chuncai, 37, suffers from an extreme case of neurofibromatosis, a rare condition that caused him to develop a facial tumour that weighed 25 kg.
Before his first surgery, Chuncai's tumour hung down to his waist and weighed the same as a four-year-old child, 'metro.Co.Uk' reported.
Chuncai was dubbed the 'Chinese Elephant Man' for his facial deformity.
Surgeons in Guangzhou, Guangdong province, performed four operations over seven years to successfully remove more than 21 kg of the tumour growth.
Chuncai is now looking forward to living a normal life.
