Traders attributed the weakness in chirounji prices to sluggish demand against sufficient stocks.
In the national capital, chirounji fell by Rs 10 to Rs 680-740 per kg.

Ajwain (per kg) 15,500-20,000, black pepper (per kg) 750-900, betel-nut (kg) 180-200, cardamom brown-Jhundiwali (kg) 1,420-1,480 and cardamom brown-Kanchicut (kg) 1,520-1,660.
Cardamom small (kg): Chitridar 700-750, cardamom (colour robin) 680-740, cardamom bold 730-750, cardamom extra (bold) 900-950 and cloves 850-900.
