Brown and Tran were on their way to the studio when the accident happened.
Brown allegedly parked his car in front of the Mercedes after the incident and was seen sharing insurance information with the women driving the Mercedes.
No one was hurt and cops were not called to the scene.
Brown split from Tran in 2012 as he rekindled his romance with another former girlfriend Rihanna.
